Kabul City is a fast-growing city, and the city is changed enormously due to the social and physical fabric. As a result, the city faced many urban challenges in both formal and informal settlement. This paper analyses and evaluate the Mixed –use building in Kabul city from environmental aspects. The study indicates that lack of governmental regulations and expert architects, caused these buildings to be built with enormous problems such as lack of parking place and corridor access.
