Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have become more and more popular and have been widely used recently. WSNs usually consist of a large number of sensors for different applications of sensing that includes Military, medical, civil, disaster management, environmental, and commercial applications. In this research we aim to design a cluster based routing approach for heterogeneous environment that increase the lifetime of wireless sensor network by reducing the energy consumption.
