E –Commerce is more than a blessing to modern business. It involves exchanging goods, services and information over an electronic network, predominantly the internet. E-commerce is a platform influencing both marketers and customers, in other words boasting business practices. This way of conducting the business has witnessed tremendous growth in reaching new heights around the globe where India is not a exception. Although the progress in development of E- Commerce is focusing on the point whether this is a boon or bane to the field is very necessary. This helps to sustain the boon and overcome the bane factors which may bring new level in its functioning. This paper is prepared using secondary data collected from various sources and analyzed using descriptive method. The current research has been made to study the future scope of E - Commerce post Covid 19.
