Digitalization a new perceptive toward marketing

Marketing is a dynamic function aims to provide quality services and goods to the end users. In the digital scenario online marketing as grabbed a large number of customers towards online purchase. Due to Covid 19 pandemic customers were forced to buy online and thus increasing the number of online purchases and bringing in the new trend in the field of marketing. In traditional marketing more focus was given on selling the goods and services by having a physical place and also by visiting the customers door to door but they did not focus much on providing customer satisfaction and delightment. Whereby the digital marketing has given more preference towards customer satisfaction and delightment rather than selling off the products. Based on the changing customer needs and wants the new emerging trends paved a way into the marketing. The emerging trends likes social media marketing, Digital Marketing, green marketing, M Business, Relationship marketing, AI in Marketing, Chatbots are some of the newtrends.
