Through this paper Pentagonal Hesitant Fuzzy Set is used to solve the higher order uncertainties with TOPSIS method. Pentagonal Hesitant Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making model based on TOPSIS is developed and applied to the problems faced by the farmers who plant the rain fed crops in Villupuram District.
